    Dear Mazda,

    Of all the world’s coveted cars, I think we can agree that the classic two-door, fastback, 2-seater is among the most romanticized. From Playboys in their Stingray Corvettes to Gentlemen racers in their exquisite Ferraris to the new wave of affordable, reliable sports cars that came in the 70s from Datsun and Mazda, the 240Z and RX-7, coupes have always suggested an owner at least a small step ahead of the rest of the sedan-driving populace.

    Yes, I'd sell my soul for that car. I emailed mazda usa and got the typical response .. ugh. I'm afraid we won't see this perfect legendary coupe de force since the redesign is coming soon. It's a tragedy they don't bring this here. I'm not a convertible fan, I use to have a prelude and this would be 10X the car that was. Oh well .. there will be other cars to be had .. too bad this one won't be one of them. ....

    Whatever it takes. Whatever I have to sell, whomever I have to whore myself too or outright murder to get one. I will. Whatever it takes, I will do. A modern day Triumph GT6, good lord please. Please just satisfy your American market just once. Please oh please oh please.

    Well if it doesn't come I guess there's always the new boxster coupe on the horizon .. only problem I see is price
